What's included in each package?

All three packages include unlimited helpdesk support, remote monitoring, security patching and a dedicated account manager. Protect adds cybersecurity tools and Cyber Essentials preparation. Complete adds hardware procurement, laptop setups and network management. Full details are on the pricing page.

How quickly will you respond?

We guarantee a one-hour response during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm). In practice, most tickets are picked up significantly faster. Critical issues are prioritised and escalated immediately.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. We work on 90-day rolling agreements. If you're not happy with the service, you can leave with 90 days' notice. We think that keeps us honest — we have to keep earning your business every quarter.

Can you support remote and hybrid teams?

Yes, fully. We support businesses across Surrey and Sussex with a mix of office, remote and hybrid workers. Our tools work across locations and devices, and your team can reach our helpdesk by phone, email or portal from anywhere.

What happens when something goes wrong out of hours?

For genuine emergencies outside business hours, we have an on-call process for critical issues. Routine requests will be picked up first thing the next working day. We'll be clear about what qualifies as critical during onboarding so there are no surprises.
