Proudly local.
Genuinely human.

ISS was founded in 1992 — before most of the internet existed. Anthony Goold started the business with a simple belief: that small businesses deserved the same quality of IT support as larger organisations, delivered by people who actually spoke plain English.

More than 30 years later, we're still based in Cranleigh, Surrey. The technology has changed beyond recognition. The belief hasn't. We still think IT support should be straightforward, honest and genuinely helpful — and we still pick up the phone.

Peter Mills joined as Managing Director and together they've built a team that reflects those same values: approachable, credible, principled and proven. We know our clients by name, and they know us. That's not an accident — it's a choice.
