Not for IT support. Our packages run on 90-day rolling agreements, and if you're not happy, you can leave with 90 days' notice. We'd rather keep earning your trust than rely on a contract to keep you. The one exception is BUILD automation work, which has a 12-month minimum term and then rolls every 90 days.
