Having set up my business in Cranleigh in 2010, I needed to have a dedicated IT service to support my operations going forwards. I encountered a number of teething problems typical for a small business and also a number of major items and problems with both my hardware and software. The team at ISS provided me with remote service support whenever required, always sorting out my problems in and efficient and very friendly manner. My company switched to IT Support & Security over 10 years ago and have not regretted doing so. They have never let us down and always tried to find the best solutions without the usual “oh you need this new kit or software”. Will talk to you without all the high tech jargon.

I can’t remember when I last sent a commendation to a company, but I have just been so impressed that I feel that it’s due. From start to finish your service has been more than excellent. The phone is answered immediately and everybody I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and on-the-ball whether the enquiry has been new products sales or technical. Any problem which has cropped up has been dealt with straight away.
