Myles joined ISS in March 2025 as a 1st Line Support Technician and quickly settled into the team. Friendly and approachable, he enjoys helping clients resolve their IT issues and keeping things running smoothly.
Alex joined the team in June 2025, bringing over 20 years of marketing know-how and a big passion for sharing what makes IT Support & Security and our brilliant team stand out. She loves finding creative ways to tell our story and help more businesses discover us.
When she’s not at work, Alex loves travelling with family, getting out in the Surrey Hills or heading to the theatre with friends.
Oliver joined the team in 2019 as an apprentice and very quickly proved his technical abilities. He’s a valued member of the team who loves working with clients to make sure their IT really works for them. Always curious and keen to learn, he enjoys solving problems and finding smarter ways to help businesses succeed.
Andy joined the team in July 2024, having worked in the corporate IT world for many years, before looking to move in the world of IT Services with a business that focuses on helping small business. With his wealth of experience and knowledge, Andy is helping to grow our technical capability and ensure we continue to offer the best solutions and service to our customers.
Richard joined us in 2022 as an Apprentice Technician and soon slotted in with our ethos. He’s quickly built a good relationship with all our clients and has become a valued member of the team.
David joined IT Support & Security back in 2017 to broaden his technical skills and is now key part of the management team leading our support desk.
He loves helping clients get to grips with their technology and takes pride in making IT feel simple and approachable. David enjoys developing new systems, exploring the latest tech, and supporting both clients and colleagues to get the best out of their IT.
Dave joined ISS in August of 2011, having worked in a high pressure IT role for a betting organisation for some years; hitting the ground running when joining ISS ‘high pressure’ took on a whole new meaning! Dave is ISS’s Technical Manager and is responsible for the day to day running of the technical aspects of ISS.
I very much enjoy the challenges that ISS throws at me on a daily basis; coming from working a decidedly odd shift pattern that was either dead stop or 100mph, ISS provides a far more stimulating environment in which I have expanded my professional skills and certainly grown as a person during my time here.
Outside of work, I have moved back to the south coast and enjoy gatherings with friends, running markets, and festivals, not to mention throwing balls of fire around my head on a regular basis.
Anthony formed ISS way back in 1992 after finishing at Guildford College of Technology. The best bit of my job is that I get to see customers every day, helping them with how their IT make their business better. Technology is a constantly evolving animal and finding solutions for clients can be very rewarding.
Outside of work Anthony enjoy spending time with his family, camping in his VW bus, and brewing beer.
Peter joined the team in late 2023 and took over the reins of the business in April 2024 from Anthony, building on the strong foundation of service that IT Support & Security provides to its customers.
He’s passionate about helping small businesses get the most out of their IT — delivering services that really matter and make a difference day to day. Behind the scenes, Peter focuses on making sure ISS provides the right solutions in the right way, helping customers stay ahead as technology and business needs keep evolving.
Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time with his family, working on classic cars, and the occasional bit of DIY.
