Pricing

Clear, predictable pricing with no surprises

Our pricing is designed to be easy to understand and aligned to how businesses actually use IT. Support forms the foundation of how we work with you, with additional services available to improve efficiency, communication and automation as your needs grow.

We believe in being open about costs, with clear scopes and no hidden extras.

IT Support Pricing

The foundation of how we support your business

Our IT support is delivered through three clear packages called Core, Protect and Complete. Each package is priced per person and device, making costs predictable as your business grows.

Support pricing starts from:

  • Core - £51 per user per month

  • Protect - £69 per user per month

  • Complete - £88 per user per month

Each level builds on the last, with Complete including ongoing infrastructure management and change as part of the service.

Automation and AI Pricing

Practical improvements delivered as a managed service

Our Automation and AI services are delivered on a fixed monthly basis and focus on continuous improvement rather than one off projects.

Pricing starts from:

  • Assess £300 per month

  • Implement £550 per month

  • Optimise £1050 per month

These services are designed to identify, implement and refine automation and AI improvements over time, using proven tools and sensible integration.

Flexible phone systems with clear monthly costs

Our cloud telephony service is priced per user, with call costs based on usage. This keeps pricing fair and flexible as teams change.

Cloud telephony includes ongoing management, call handling features and support as standard, with no additional charges for everyday features.

How pricing works

  • Support pricing is based on the number of people and devices you use

  • Automation and AI services are fixed monthly managed services

  • Cloud telephony pricing is based on users and call usage

  • All pricing is confirmed before you commit

  • There are no long term contracts

We also offer a discount for registered charities.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know choosing an IT partner comes with questions. Our pricing is designed to be clear and predictable, but every business works a little differently.

Below you will find answers to the most common questions we are asked about our support packages, additional services and how pricing works. If something is not covered, we are always happy to talk it through.

No sales pressure. Just straight answers from people who know the service.

What makes you different from other IT companies?

We keep things clear and practical. You get straightforward support packages, fixed pricing, and a friendly team who explain things in plain English. We focus on doing the basics brilliantly, then improving your IT over time so it stays reliable, secure and fit for purpose

What size businesses do you typically work with?

Most of our clients are teams of 5 to 50 people. If you are smaller or have multiple locations, we can still help, but our services are designed around businesses that want dependable support, clear accountability and proactive management.

Is pricing really fixed?

Yes. Support and add ons are priced clearly, per month, based on the numbers you select. If you need something outside the agreed scope, we will confirm it clearly before any work starts

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We work on a rolling 90 day agreement. You stay because the service is good, not because the contract makes it hard to leave.  If you do want a longer term agreement, as some companies and organisations do, we do those as well.

What happens if I need help — fast?

You get a guaranteed 1-hour technical response during business hours. Just call, email or use your portal — we’ll be there when you need us.

Do you offer reduced rates for charities?

We are very proud to offer a 10% discount for charity support.

Can you help us get Cyber Essentials certified?

Yes. Protect is designed to help you align with Cyber Essentials requirements. We support the setup, policy approach and security controls needed to put you in a strong position for certification.

Do you only work with businesses in Surrey and Sussex?

That is our main focus and where most of our clients are based. If you have staff elsewhere in the UK, we can still support them remotely.

What’s the difference with your phone system pricing?

Telephony is priced in a way that stays fair as your team changes. It is based on call capacity and numbers rather than charging you for every user. We will confirm the right setup for your call volumes before you commit.

What if my team works from home or on the go?

No problem. Our support, security and phone systems are built for hybrid working. Your team can get help, stay protected and take calls wherever they are.

What’s included in your support package?

All packages include day to day user support and proactive IT management. As you move up through Core, Protect and Complete you add more security, more proactive control, and more coverage for keeping your infrastructure in good shape without surprise engineering costs.

What is the difference between Core, Protect and Complete?

Core covers reliable day to day support and proactive management. Protect adds stronger security and monitoring designed to support Cyber Essentials readiness. Complete includes ongoing infrastructure changes and improvements as part of the service, so your IT continues to evolve without constant project quotes.

What does server support and backup include?

This covers monitoring, maintenance and backup management for each server. It is designed to keep critical systems stable, protected and recoverable.

Can we take Automation and AI without Support?

In most cases it works best alongside Support, because changes need to be made safely and maintained properly. If you already have strong IT management in place, we can discuss whether a standalone option makes sense.

How secure is all of this?

Security is built into how we work. We use proven tools, follow best practice, and help your team stay safer through good configuration, monitoring and sensible user education.

What counts as an email only user?

An email only user is someone who only needs Microsoft 365 access, email and basic account management, without full IT support for a managed computer,  such as Trustees or Non-exec Directors.  If you are not sure, we will help you classify users correctly.

Do you support Macs and mixed environments?

Yes. If you have Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365 and a mix of devices, we can support and manage them under one service.

What happens if we grow or shrink?

Your monthly cost changes as your headcount and requirements change. We keep it simple and we will confirm any changes clearly.

What can ISS do for you?

We typically work with organisations from startups to 50 users, providing strategic IT advice, implementation of new systems and platforms, followed by proactive management and maintenance by our jargon-free support team.
