Local IT support for
Surrey businesses.
Friendly, proactive IT support for businesses with 5–50 people across Guildford, Cranleigh, Horsham, Dorking and the wider Surrey area. Real people, fixed pricing, no jargon.
Surrey businesses deserve
IT support that gets them.
Most IT companies are built for big corporations or operate from a call centre miles away. When something goes wrong with your systems, you want someone who can be on-site in Guildford or Cranleigh quickly — not someone who's never heard of Surrey.
We've been based in Cranleigh since 1992. We know the area, we know the businesses here, and we understand what matters to a growing Surrey company. Our clients aren't a ticket number — they're neighbours.
And when we can't fix something remotely, we're close enough to get there fast.
Book a quick callLocal on-site support
When remote support isn't enough, we're close by. No waiting days for an engineer to travel from another county.
We know local businesses
From professional services in Guildford to engineering firms in Horsham, we understand how Surrey businesses actually operate.
30+ years locally
We're not a start-up and we're not going anywhere. Our clients trust us because we've been here for decades.
Real people, real answers
Call us and a technician picks up. No call centre, no AI, no "we'll get back to you". Just straight help.
IT support across
Surrey and beyond.
We cover the whole of Surrey, with a particular focus on the towns and villages where most of our clients are based. Remote support is available anywhere — on-site visits focus on the areas below.
Guildford is home to a wide range of professional services, creative agencies and growing businesses. Many of our clients are based in and around the town centre, and we're well placed to provide both remote and on-site support across the GU1–GU5 postcode areas.
Typical clients: professional services, marketing agencies, consultancies, financial advisers.
Our home town since 1992. Cranleigh and the surrounding villages — Alfold, Ewhurst, Bramley — are home to a thriving community of independent businesses that we've been supporting for over three decades. If you're local, we're local.
Typical clients: local businesses, professional services, family-run companies, charities.
Horsham sits just over the Surrey border in West Sussex but is firmly within our service area. The town has a strong mix of engineering, construction and professional services businesses — many of which have outgrown their original IT provider and are looking for something more proactive.
Typical clients: engineering firms, construction companies, professional services.
Dorking and the Mole Valley district are home to a mix of independent businesses and established local companies. We provide both remote and on-site IT support across the RH4 and RH5 postcodes, typically within a 30-minute response for urgent on-site visits.
Typical clients: professional services, retail businesses, healthcare practices, local organisations.

Questions about
IT support in Surrey.
Things Surrey businesses typically ask before getting in touch.
Do you cover all of Surrey?
Yes. We're based in Cranleigh and support businesses across the whole of Surrey — including Guildford, Woking, Reigate, Farnham, Epsom, Dorking and everywhere in between. Most support is handled remotely, with on-site visits when needed.
How quickly can you get to us on-site?
For most of Surrey, we can be on-site within a couple of hours for urgent issues. We'll always try to resolve things remotely first — it's faster for everyone — but when you need us there in person, we'll come.
What size businesses do you work with?
We specialise in businesses with 5 to 50 employees — typically owner-managed businesses, professional services firms and growing SMEs across Surrey. If you're in that range and don't have in-house IT, we're likely a good fit.
How long does it take to switch to ISS?
A well-managed switch typically takes around four weeks from first conversation to go-live. We handle the process — including the handover from your existing provider — so there's minimal disruption to your team throughout.
Do you offer fixed-price contracts?
Yes. All our packages are fixed monthly pricing based on the number of users. No hidden extras, no surprise invoices. You know exactly what you're paying before you sign anything, and we work on 90-day rolling agreements.
What happens if something goes wrong outside business hours?
We cover Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm as standard. For genuine critical issues outside those hours, we have an on-call process. We'll be clear during onboarding about what qualifies as critical so there are no surprises.
Can you help us get Cyber Essentials certified?
Yes. Cyber Essentials certification is something we help a lot of Surrey businesses with — particularly those tendering for public sector contracts or wanting to demonstrate good security practice to clients. We'll assess where you are and guide you through the process.
