AI & Automation — Surrey & Sussex

AI that works.
For businesses
that do.

Practical AI and automation for businesses with 5–50 people. We find where your team is losing time, then build the tools to get it back — without the hype, the jargon, or the over-engineering.

How it works — three services, one clear journey

Step 1 — READINESS

Are we ready?

An ongoing AI readiness programme covering security, governance and opportunity.

Step 2 — ROADMAP

What should we do?

Quarterly on-site sessions to prioritise your automation and AI opportunities.

Step 3 — BUILD

Make it happen.

Design, build and ongoing support for automation and AI solutions in your business.

Three services. One direction. No obligation to take all three.

READINESS, ROADMAP and BUILD are designed to work together as a natural progression — but each one stands alone. You can start anywhere, and there’s no requirement to be an existing ISS IT support customer.

Most businesses start with READINESS to understand where they are, move to ROADMAP to build a plan, then work with us through BUILD to make it real. Others come straight to us with a specific automation in mind. Either way, we’ll tell you honestly where the best starting point is.

Not sure where to start?

READINESS — Ongoing managed service

Are we ready for AI?

An ongoing AI Readiness Assessment programme — so you always know where you stand.

AI readiness isn’t a one-time tick-box — it’s an ongoing state. As your business changes, as Microsoft releases new capabilities, as governance and compliance requirements evolve, your readiness changes too.

READINESS is a managed programme that keeps your AI foundation current. We assess your security posture, Microsoft 365 configuration, business processes, data governance and policies on an ongoing basis — giving you the confidence to adopt AI safely, and the knowledge to act when the right opportunity appears.

The initial assessment is completed during onboarding and refreshed annually. You receive updated recommendations, review workshops and continuous guidance throughout.

What’s included

  • Initial AI Readiness Assessment on onboarding
  • Security & governance review
  • Microsoft 365 readiness evaluation
  • Business process & workflow assessment
  • AI risk management guidance
  • Policy & procedure review
  • Annual refresh with updated recommendations
  • Review workshops & ongoing guidance

ROADMAP — Ongoing managed service

What should we do?

Quarterly on-site sessions to find where your time goes — and plan how to get it back.

Every quarter, a senior ISS engineer spends up to a day on-site with your team — not to sell you something, but to understand how your systems and processes actually work in practice.

We look at where time is being lost, where manual steps create friction, and where information doesn’t flow cleanly between systems. From that, we produce clear, prioritised written recommendations and a practical improvement roadmap.

ROADMAP is how businesses stay ahead of the problem rather than constantly catching up. You get a technology partner who genuinely understands your operation — and a plan you can actually act on.

What’s included

  • Quarterly on-site review session (up to 1 day)
  • Process and workflow analysis
  • Automation & AI opportunity identification
  • Clear, practical written recommendations
  • Prioritised improvement roadmap
  • Follow-up review of previous actions

BUILD — Ongoing managed service

Make it happen.

Design, build, deploy and support of automation and AI solutions — delivered inside your Microsoft 365 environment.

BUILD is where the plan becomes reality. For each automation or AI solution we design and build together, you get an ongoing managed service — covering design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, maintenance, monitoring and support.

Solutions are delivered inside your own Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You own what we build. Pricing is based on the build effort involved, so you only pay for the complexity of the solution — not a flat rate regardless of what’s involved.

Where we typically help

Common places businesses lose time.

These are the areas where automation and AI tend to make the biggest practical difference for businesses like yours — less admin, fewer manual steps, more time on the work that matters.

Finance & admin

Processing emails and orders

Manually checking inboxes, extracting data from emails and updating other systems is one of the most common time drains we see. Automating the handoff between email and your other tools is usually straightforward and saves hours every week.

Meetings & communication

Meeting notes and follow-ups

When actions and decisions from meetings don’t get captured reliably, things get missed. AI-assisted meeting summaries and automated follow-up distribution mean nothing falls through the cracks — without anyone having to take manual notes.

Sales & client work

Drafting proposals and emails

Writing client-facing documents from a blank page every time is slow and inconsistent. AI drafting tools let your team turn bullet points into polished first drafts — they review and personalise, rather than write from nothing.

Operations

Onboarding and document generation

Assembling documents, welcome packs or reports by pulling information from multiple places manually is exactly the kind of repetitive work that automation handles well. The right trigger can kick off the whole process without anyone lifting a finger.

Finance & compliance

Invoice and approval chasing

Tracking outstanding invoices and approvals manually — sending individual chasers and keeping spreadsheet logs — is time-consuming and easy to let slip. Automated reminder flows handle the tracking and escalation so your team doesn’t have to.

Reporting

Monthly reporting and dashboards

If your monthly reports involve pulling data from multiple systems and formatting it by hand, that’s a job for automation. Connecting your data sources and building an automated report means it’s ready when you need it — not half a day late.

Common questions

Not sure where you fit, or what to ask for? We’re easy to talk to — just book a call and we’ll give you an honest answer.

Do I need to be an existing ISS support customer?

No. READINESS, ROADMAP and BUILD are available as standalone services to any business, whether you’re an ISS IT support customer or not.

That said, if you are an ISS support customer, we already know your environment — which makes everything faster and more joined up.

Where do I start — READINESS, ROADMAP or BUILD?

It depends on where you are. Most businesses benefit from starting with READINESS to understand their current foundation, then ROADMAP to identify the best opportunities, then BUILD to implement them.

If you already have a specific process you want to automate, we can start with BUILD directly. If you’re not sure, book a call and we’ll give you an honest recommendation.

What if I just want a one-off assessment?

We offer a standalone AI Readiness Review as a one-off piece of work. It gives you a clear picture of where your business stands — what’s ready, what’s not, and what the practical next steps are — without any ongoing commitment.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Like all ISS services, READINESS, ROADMAP and BUILD run on a 90-day rolling basis. If we’re not delivering value, you can leave — and we think that’s how it should be.

What tools and platforms do you use?

We work primarily within Microsoft 365 and Azure environments using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps and Azure AI services. Solutions are delivered inside your own environment — you own what we build.

We’ll always recommend the right tool for the problem rather than the most expensive or complex one.

What size businesses do you work with?

We specialise in businesses with 5–50 people. We deliberately focus on this size because the challenges, the right-sized solutions, and the way we work are all different from larger enterprises — and we’ve been doing it for over 30 years.
