More of what
actually matters.
Practical automation and AI for businesses with 5–50 people. We identify where your team is losing time to repetitive tasks, then implement the right tools to get it back — without the hype or the over-engineering.
What practical AI
actually looks like.
Not hypothetical use cases. Real tasks we've automated for real businesses — each one saving hours every week.
Order confirmation processing
An inbox received order confirmation emails from a vendor. Someone had to open each one, extract the details and update the billing system manually.
We used Copilot to read the mailbox, extract the relevant data from each email and compile it into a clean spreadsheet — automatically.
Teams meeting summaries
Long Teams meetings were producing hours of recordings that nobody had time to review — meaning decisions and actions got missed or forgotten.
We configured Copilot to transcribe and summarise each meeting automatically, pulling out key decisions and action points for immediate distribution.
Proposal and email drafting
Client-facing teams were spending significant time writing proposals, follow-up emails and reports from scratch — every time, from a blank page.
We set up AI-assisted drafting workflows that turn brief bullet points into polished first drafts. Teams review and personalise rather than write from nothing.
Onboarding document generation
Every new client required a manually assembled welcome pack — pulling together information from multiple systems into a formatted document.
We automated the whole process. New client details trigger document generation, pulling the right information from the right places automatically.
Invoice and approval chasing
Finance teams were manually tracking outstanding invoices and approvals — sending individual chaser emails and keeping spreadsheet logs.
We built automated reminder flows that track outstanding items, send timed follow-ups and escalate where needed — without anyone having to remember to do it.
Reporting consolidation
Monthly reports were being assembled manually from data across three or four different systems — a process taking half a day or more every month.
We connected the data sources and built an automated report that compiles and formats the information, ready to review on the first of each month.
Practical AI.
No hype.
We start by understanding how your people actually use their systems day to day. Not how the processes are supposed to work — how they really work. From there we identify where automation or AI can remove repetition, reduce errors or improve visibility.
Solutions may include off-the-shelf integrations, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate or third-party platforms — depending on what best suits the problem. Our focus is always on real business benefit, not technology for its own sake.
Crucially, all automation and AI work is delivered alongside your existing IT support. This means changes are made safely, securely and in line with how your IT is managed — not bolted on by a separate supplier who doesn't know your setup.
Understand your workflows
We spend time with your team understanding how work actually flows through your business — where time gets lost and where manual steps create friction.
Identify the right opportunities
Not everything should be automated. We identify the changes that will have the most impact for the least disruption, and prioritise accordingly.
Implement in a controlled way
Changes are made carefully and tested before rollout. We don't introduce new tools without making sure they work properly and your team knows how to use them.
Review and refine
We monitor what's working, fix what isn't, and look for the next opportunity. Automation is most effective as a continuous process, not a one-off project.
Three levels.
One clear price.
Each level builds on the last. Start where it makes sense for your business — and move up when you're ready.
Every quarter, we spend up to one day onsite working with your team to understand how your systems and processes are used in practice. We look at where time is being lost, where manual steps create friction, and where information doesn't flow cleanly between systems.
- Quarterly on-site review session (up to 1 day)
- Process and workflow analysis
- Automation & AI opportunity identification
- Clear, practical written recommendations
- Prioritised improvement roadmap
Implement includes everything in Assess, plus dedicated technical time each quarter to put agreed improvements into place. Recommendations move beyond discussion and into everyday use — with up to one full day of technical delivery each quarter to configure automations, apply AI tools and integrate systems.
- Everything in Assess
- Quarterly technical delivery day (up to 1 day)
- Automation configuration & deployment
- AI tool setup and integration
- Work prioritised by impact and effort
Optimise includes everything in Implement, with one full day per month dedicated to ongoing automation and AI delivery. This creates momentum — improvements are implemented, reviewed and refined regularly, creating a more efficient and scalable way of working over time.

Better together
than bolted on.
Automation and AI services are delivered alongside your existing ISS support package. This is deliberate — not an upsell.
When automation is managed by the same team that manages your IT, changes are made safely and securely. We know your setup, your data, your security posture. We're not a separate AI agency parachuting in without context.
It also means continuous improvement is sustainable. We review your automations as part of our regular service — not as a separate billable project every time something needs tweaking.

Every automation is implemented with your security setup in mind. No tools connected without proper access controls and review.
We know your setup
Your IT team already knows your systems, your Microsoft 365 configuration and your data. Context that a standalone AI consultant doesn't have.
One invoice, one relationship
No separate AI agency to manage. No finger-pointing when something breaks. One team responsible for your whole IT environment.
Your team trained and supported
We help your people actually use the tools we implement — not just switch them on and hope for adoption.
