Shaping who we are today
In 1992 Anthony Goold started a software house building bespoke packages for businesses of all shapes and sizes – ISS was born!
By 2000, the businesses we worked with needed more than software. They were looking for reliable IT support and services, someone to make sure their systems ran smoothly day to day. That’s when we became Interactive Systems Solutions. Back then, our focus was on listening first – understanding what our clients needed and creating solutions that worked for them. Over the years that ethos hasn’t changed.
New leadership, same commitment
Anthony spent the last thirty years building a company with technical know-how and a genuine care for the businesses we support. But after 32 years at the helm, he decided to pass on the torch.
In 2024 Anthony sold ISS to Peter Mills, ensuring the company continued with the same focus on helping small businesses. Peter came with an extensive background in IT and, having been working closely with ISS for some time, had a clear vision of how to move the organisation forwards. But this transition wasn’t about changing course as Peter explains:
“It’s about building on the strong foundation Anthony has created. He’s built an incredible business, one rooted in service rather than sales, and having him continue as our Client Services Director is invaluable.
Together, we’ll keep leading ISS forward, focused on supporting small businesses, delivering great service, and making IT simple for our customers.”
Proud to be IT Support and Security
The journey continued in 2025 with a new brand, shield logo and name – IT Support & Security. It reflects our commitment to protect and empower businesses across Surrey, Sussex, and the South East.
As we step into this next chapter as IT Support & Security, one thing is certain: we’ll keep evolving, because our customers’ success is our success.
