I ordered a large coffee recently. It was excellent. It was also significantly larger than I was expecting — enough to keep a small office awake for most of the morning. Choosing which IT company you work with can feel similar: sometimes you get far more than expected.

Technically, it was exactly what I asked for. But it was more than I needed, and slightly overwhelming as a result.
