I can’t remember when I last sent a commendation to a company, but I have just been so impressed that I feel that it’s due. From start to finish your service has been more than excellent. The phone is answered immediately and everybody I have dealt with has been friendly, professional and on-the-ball whether the enquiry has been new products sales or technical. My company switched to I S S over 10 years ago and have not regretted doing so. They have never let us down and always tried to find the best solutions without the usual “oh you need this new kit or software”. Will talk to you without all the high tech jargon. Anthony, the owner does not encourage you to spend money unless necessary.
He knows and understands our business of recruitment in the construction industry and how important it is for us to have the confidence with his company that in a major breakdown he will get his people to us and stay until the job is done. It great just connecting to them and watching them fix problems remotely.

Having set up my business in Cranleigh in 2010, I needed to have a dedicated IT service to support my operations going forwards.
