Frequently Asked Questions

We work with any small business up to around 30 employees, so whether you’ve got just a couple of people, up to three dozen, we’re here to help.

For our fixed price plans, we provide a 1 hour response time, which means we’ll review, prioritise and assign your issue to an engineer to start looking at the issue.

We don’t provide On-Site support as a standard part of the support plans, as we fix over 95% of issues remotely.  However you can choose it as an add-on for your plan.

Of course, we provide support to any company with their main office in the South-East of England.  We use the latest remote management tools to allow us to resolve over 95% of issues remotely.

Yes, we work with a variety of manufacturers and vendors to provide both user devices such as laptops, computers and peripherals.  As well as servers, networking and wireless access points, right through to Microsoft licensing.

Yes, we will review your employee numbers and utilisation to adjust your contract based on your needs, we allow you to increase or decrease your services with as your business changes.
