After compelting his Computer Science degree at Portsmouth university, Jack joined the ISS team with the aim of improving our internal systmes and tools. Looking to improve our automation and integrations to reduce our administration tasks and keep the business efficient and effective.
Whether creating workflows in our CRM platform, through to powershell scripts in our RMM, or code for API’s for integration, if it needs a coding approach, it lands on Jack’s desk!
